Fintelligens, a Finnish rap group from Helsinki, was formed in 1997 by MCs Elastinen and Iso H. The pair met at a youth center and decided to create a Finnish-language rap group while on a music exchange program in France. Their debut album, Renesanssi, released in 2000, marked a breakthrough for Finnish rap, featuring hits such as "Voittamaton" and "Kellareiden Kasvatit". The album was certified gold. In 2001, they released Tän Tahtiin, followed by Kokemusten Summa in 2002, both of which were also certified gold. Fintelligens composed the theme song for the 2003 Ice Hockey World Championships, titled "Kaikki peliin", which became a massive hit. The group released several more albums, including Lisää in 2008 and Mun tie tai maantie in 2010. Fintelligens is recognized for pioneering Finnish rap and influencing numerous artists with their unique style.
