RüYYn is a one-man band born at the end of 2020 from Romain Paulet’s mind and is primarily influenced by the black metal of the 90's, fast and melodic. The eponymous debut EP was digitally released in May 2021, offering an epic, powerful, dark and cold music inspired by bands like Gorgoroth, Emperor, Deathspell Omega, Mgła and Blut Aus Nord. The topic of this EP is a mind consumed by the hatred of the modern world which has contemplated its civilizational fall in the near future, where only coldness and silence reign.
