Carli & The Dark is the project of Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Carli Naff. After graduating from theatre school in Arizona, Carli moved to New York and started writing music for the first time. She teamed up with producer Jake Cheriff (Modern Diet) and released her first single Mimi on his label, Paper Moon Records. Her dark, dreamy sound and expressive voice have since been compared to artists like Mitski, Julia Jacklin, and Haley Heynderickx.
