Biografia
The South Korean girl band f(x) were formed in Seoul and are part of the huge SM Entertainment stable of artists. Their debut single was 'La Cha Ta' released in 2009 and it was to be another two years before their first album 'Pinocchio' was released. Their second album 'Pink Tape' came out in 2013 and has been instrumental in helping the band penetrate the lucrative US pop market and resulted in the band being ranked number seven on Billboard's 'Top Ten K-pop Girl Groups of the Past Decade' listing.
In 2016 the band took a break from music in order to pursue solo careers as well as acting and modelling assignments.
In 2019 the girls were briefly reunited for a three-night concert in Tokyo where they performed as a three-piece. Since the concert Luna and Amber have terminated their contracts with SM Entertainment and the future of the band looks uncertain.
