Yasmin Sensação

Brazilian singer Yasmin Sensação emerged from Canindé, Sergipe, where she began singing at a young age inspired by the region’s romantic arrocha and brega traditions, and gradually built a following by posting performance clips on social media before moving into original recordings. Her early digital singles introduced a repertoire focused on emotional break-up songs and dependency-themed lyrics, and by 2024 she was gaining traction on streaming platforms with tracks like “Dia 1” and “Mais Que Uma Saudade,” which helped position her as a new voice in contemporary arrocha. The single “Dependente” became her breakout song, circulating widely on social media and quickly becoming her most-streamed track on streaming platforms, where it was joined by other fan favorites such as “Primeira Vez,” “Estranho,” “Duas Três” and “Quando Tem Sentimento.” In parallel, Yasmin Sensação began to appear on collaborative releases, including live recordings like “Leviana – Ao Vivo” with Sandro Excelência and “Contato – Ao Vivo” with Leandro Cavichioli, while her growing profile led to regional television appearances and invitations to municipal festivals across the Northeast. In 2025 she gathered her recent material on the album Setembro 2025, a 13-track project that placed “Dependente” alongside newer songs such as “Estranho” and “Jeito Carinhoso” and marked her transition from viral singles artist to full-album act.
