Rapazolla is a Brazilian Axé band from Salvador da Bahia. The group's initial breakthrough came with their first performance at the Carnival of Salvador in 2005. Rapazolla gained recognition through numerous appearances at street carnival blocks such as Alô Inter and Nú Outro. Their debut album O Novo do Axé - Ao Vivo was released that same year, followed by A Mais De Mil (2005). The band's notable singles include "Coração" and "Aprendendo a Amar". Rapazolla won several awards, including the Troféu Dodô & Osmar for Best Carnival Music in 2005. In 2008, singer Fabricio Kraychete, known as Tomate, left to pursue a solo career, leading to a conceptual change in the band. Leandro Lopes, who led Rapazolla and was a winner of the Brazilian TV show Ídolos, was replaced by Froza in 2011. The group is celebrated for embodying the positive energy and spirit of Bahia.
