Mac Júlia

Mac Júlia, also known as Dona Onça, is a Brazilian rapper and singer from the Belo Horizonte/Betim area of Minas Gerais. Emerging from the rap battles of Belo Horizonte, including the city’s Duelo de MC’s circuit, she built a sound that moves between rap, funk mineiro, Miami bass, trap and party-ready Brazilian funk. Her early catalog included projects such as Sextape: Love Me Two Times and Juma in 2021, while her wider breakthrough came through tracks including "Sofá, Breja e Netflix" and FBC and VHOOR’s "Se Tá Solteira", where her appearance helped connect rap mineiro with the slower, bass-heavy funk associated with Belo Horizonte. In 2024, Mac Júlia released Baile da Dona Onça and joined Danzo and Pepito on "Rua do Ouro", a funk single that became one of her key tracks. She continued in 2025 with releases such as "ai que vontade", "Unha Curtinha" and "Beijo na Boca", the latter produced by Pepito and built around a sample of MC Pelé’s "Namorar Pelado". In 2026, Mac Júlia released Segue O Baile, a nine-track album with artistic direction by FBC and production by Pepito, bringing guests including Pluglip, Link do Zap, MC Morena, Vini Joe, Davi Horta, Maghaiver and Amabbi into a project centered on funk mineiro and Miami bass. The same year, she also released a new version of "Rua do Ouro" with MC Rica.
