Leo Birenberg & Zach Robinson

Leo Birenberg is an American composer, mostly known for his work on several feature films and TV series. A Kentucky native, Birenberg relocated to Chicago during his childhood and attended NYU and USC to study composition. After writing original scores for the films of then-roommate Jeremy Reitz, he got acquainted with Canadian composer and conductor Cristophe Beck. Under his wing, Birenberg started working as score coordinator on the films The Muppets (2011), Pitch Perfect (2012), Runner Runner (2013), and Frozen (2013) and wrote additional music for the films Muppets Most Wanted (2014), Edge of Tomorrow (2014), and Ant-Man (2015). Soon enough, Birenberg was writing his own original scores for the TV shows Next Time on Lonny, Big Time in Hollywood, FL, and Sing It! In the following years, he composed original music for the series Son of Zorn (2016), Take My Wife (2016), and Cobra Kai (2018), whose soundtrack was co-written with Zach Robinson. Subsequently, Birenberg produced music for the pilot of animated sitcom Central Park (2020) and wrote additional music for Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous (2020).
