Roland Patzleiner is an Italian Christian songwriter who lives in Medjugorie for over 20 years, where he dedicates himself to the musical animation of the liturgy in the parish of San James and to meetings with pilgrims. He is the author of some of the many songs that, thanks to the influx of pilgrims, have then spread throughout the world translated into many languages including "Give us your peace", “Jesus I give you my heart" and "Heal me oh Lord". His style, sweet and meditative, made of simple melodies, repeated to encourage prayer, has become a hallmark of the songs of Medjugorie.
