2 LUNES is a world blending sweet Pop‑Rock, raw energy, and graffiti‑style visuals. It’s a sunny, personal project led by Syl, a singer‑guitarist who’s been passionate about music since his teenage years.
Syl has always been inspired by Guitar Heroes. Reflecting his influences, 2 LUNES offers a beautiful contrast between French Hard Rock and Pop Rock: a rock sound colored with French pop touches that’s bright, catchy and sincere.
It all began in 2009, when he discovered Shaka Ponk. That musical shock sparked an immediate passion for the stage, the sound, the energy. Quickly, he explored classic artists: discovered Slash on guitar, Calogero, Yungblud, and grew a strong taste for post‑punk, emo, French rock, and electro‑rock scenes. His varied influences feed a free project.
He also fell in love with guitars that have unusual shapes or colors—those that stand out as much visually as they do sonically. His first musical thrills came while playing video games. In his teens, he picked up the guitar, started singing, formed his first bands with friends, and for ten years shared stage with someone who would mean a lot to him.
After their split, he embarked on a solo chapter. 2 LUNES is the story of that turning point transformed into strength. Sincere, instinctive music full of desire, contrast, and positive energy.
