The band was formed 1995 in Töreboda by the youths Tobbe (guitar), Johan (vocals), Björman (guitar), Lalle (drums) and David (bass). With this setting the band recorded a demo tape with the title "?" and they also participated on a few compilation records.
After a couple of years some members were changed; Lalle and David quit the band and Arvid and Klasson joined. With this new setting along with that the members became better musicians they changed to a faster and rawer approach to their music and also started to write the lyrics in English. 1997 Deny recorded and released the CD "Fucked".
Another couple of years passed and during that time Klasson and Björkman quit the band and were replaced with Jonsson (guitar) and Kjellman (bass). 1999 the band entered the studio again and recorded a 10" split with the German band Uncontrollable Urge. The album was titled "I Hate Jesus" and pictured Jesus with a knife through his head. The album art was drawn by the tattoo artist Drew from Lidköping.
With the current members they entered the studio once again after about a year but the band was not satisfied with the result so they decided to not release it.
Sometime during the beginning of the 21st century the band had changed setting again. Now Johan had left for his other band Frost and Dahl from Wolfbrigade joined as a vocalist. Also Kjellman moved and was replaced with Bjurre.
Once again the band entered the studio to record the EP "Out of Tears". That recording is unreleased due to the band was not satisfied with the production, but it is available on Youtube.
The last member change was when Dahl left Mariestad and was replaced with Emma. This new approach with a female vocalist gave the band new fuel but unfortunately it was not enough to keep them motivated anymore and they decided to stop playing.
Present
In the end of 2016 Johan (the original vocalist in the band) contacted the former band members and they decided to start play again. The setting became, and still are; Johan (vocals), Tobias and Jonsson (guitars), Arvid (drums) and Martin (bass).
In April 2018 they released the eight track EP Parasite Paradise which they followed up with a three track single, Past Parasites. The single contained some old song re-recorded and with former band members as guest artist. During 2019 Deny started writing material for their first full length album, Dystopia, and the recording started in August. During that autumn they also got in contact with Exit Stage Left that did a video for the title track of the album.
