Chris grew up in Waco, TX, where he developed a love for Whataburger, Dr. Pepper, the Baylor Bears, and the Dallas Cowboys.
Growing up in a musical home, Chris has always had a love and appreciation for music. From piano lessons with grandma, to playing trumpet in the high school band, he was always involved in something 'music.' When he was 16, he picked up a guitar and tried to learn a few chords to play in the youth band at church. Not long after that, he began writing music, and has been playing and writing ever since.
After graduating from college where he studied music and songwriting, Chris served on the music staff at several churches before moving to Nashville, TN. He is now a Recording Artist/Songwriter based out of Nashville. He specializes in bringing a modern pop sound with a message that points people to Jesus. He writes and records songs that excite people for Who God is and what He has done in their life.
His debut 5 song EP project “Alive (Worth Livin’)” was released in October of 2021. The project included a diverse set of songs that sonically covered everything from mainstream pop beats, to thick vocoder harmonies. He released 4 singles in 2022, followed by 4 singles in 2023. His latest release, “Reset,” dropped May 10th, 2024 as his 2nd single of the year, along with “Reset (Piano Version)” on May 31st.
