So excited to share with you my latest song ✨
Known for her atmospheric, bucolic folk releases, today Lila opens a new chapter. After two years hidden with her band in a remote countryside studio, she has emerged with an elegiac indie-rock album, described by Annie Needham as “a masterpiece.”
Previously, Lila has received international support from labels and industry professionals in the UK, US, Europe and Japan, including Stephen Street and Dan Carey, who described her debut release Our Friends as “Stunning, so beautiful.” She has partnered with independent record labels to release her music to CD, vinyl and cassette. She has performed at residencies in the UK and Europe and has been featured in over 50 magazines and publications. Her songs have been played on Radio 6 and BBC Introducing and her work has been used for sync by Sony Music.
Influenced by the likes of Big Thief, Radiohead and Marika Hackman, her debut studio album marks the start of a compelling new chapter in Lila’s creative journey.
