FACTORY OF ART, founded in Leipzig in 1990, is preparing to celebrate progressive metal with a new album in its 4th decade of existence. Known everywhere as the East German Hard'n'Heavy hope in the 1990s, FACTORY OF ART rocked as a guarantor of the best stage shows with scene greats such as Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Grave Digger, Skyclad, Sodom, Nevermore and many others more the club and festival stages in Germany, Europe and beyond.
FACTORY OF ART unite band members from 3 decades of band history in their current line-up. After more than a decade of musical work at FACTORY UNDER COVER, e.g. the two lead singers restart the future-oriented machinery of the art factory.
Absolute musical uniqueness and performance professionalism in harmony with spectacular stage shows are the hallmarks of the Leipzig formation, which proudly boasts a considerable range of renowned music awards ((German Rock Prize 1993, Golden Rockinger 1994, winner of the "Unerhör! 2000" by Rock Hard Magazine) and has left its musical mark on the AFM Records label in the form of various sound carriers.
