Based in Oldenburg, northern Germany, the band RESTRUCTIVE writes and plays an original and unusual mix of modern heavy music styles. The six members have a long musical history in various metal-, death- and hardcore projects. Now they combine their individual influences, ranging from low-tuned deathcore breakdowns and fast metalcore riffs, to intricate djent parts, all the way to catchy pop-punk hooklines – resulting in a unique and powerful combination. By incorporating genre-untypical moments and passages, the known structures are broken up, some surprises await and a lot of variety is offered within and between the songs.
