But who is Wara?
Wara is a complete artist, a talented singer-songwriter from Roubaix. She was brought up on the melodies of Claude François and popular music. Her first lyrics were written at the age of 14.
Along the way, Wara has had the opportunity to perform on stage, opening for Hélène Ségara in Roubaix, taking part in the Paris Zenith for Solidarité Algérie, winning first prize for author/composer/performer at the Chanson Française competition in Douai, and recently giving her first concert at the Ministry of the Economy in Bercy (Paris).
On April 26, 2023, Wara released her first EP, "Grand-Mère", in homage to Grand-Mère, who so much wanted her granddaughter to be able to live her dream.
Today, Wara is preparing her second EP and returns with a new single, "Flemme", to be released on May 3, 2024.
