Nandy Versátil is a Dominican - American singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer and actor. Nandy’s distinctive deep crispy voice and unique musical fusions bring a fresh hot sound to the Bachata genre.
In 2020 he released the single “Mama me lo conto” featuring Jiory which has been an instant organic success in the international dance scene. In 2021 he released his first Album “Flow y Pikete” which compiles 18 tropical urban songs.
Early life
Nandy was born in a small town; Janico, Santiago, Dominican Republic and raised in New York City. At the age of 10 migrated with his mother and sister to Queens, New York.
Since a young age he was expose to a variety of music genres as well as dances due to his cultural upbringing and mother.
Acting career
Versátil went to school for theater and film. While in school he started working at off-broadway shows as well as doing commercial voice overs, acting and modeling. Nandy got his first big screen appearance as a featured boxer in the movie “The Challenger” alongside actor Michael Clarke Duncan.
In 2019 he shifted his focused towards music and has been completely dedicated to his musical career with plans to retake acting in the future.
