Alex Goot is an Internet musician, his YouTube channel garnering more than 330 million views with more than three million subscribers. A talented multi-instrumentalist, Goot began recording in his teens and was a social media early adopter, promoting his music through the various network platforms and building up a substantial following. To achieve his goal of reaching as many people as possible, Goot makes slick-sounding cover versions of pop songs, often collaborating with other artists in order to build up the all important page views critical for revenue generation. Although primarily a covers artist with ten albums of cover versions to his credit, Goot also writes his own music and has released five albums containing his own material.
