"Addictive melodies combined with intensive riffs and tight playing veiled in deeply emotional lyrics." Founded in 2020, the Lahti-based Anyala has filled venues across southern Finland while maintaining a consistent release pace.
The music of the four member band tends to break genre boundaries, offering the listeners refreshing modern sound with each release.
Their previously released 6 singles and two EP-albums, along with charismatic live performances have gathered fans from all over the world. On February 5th the band released their seventh single "Parasites" which is an angry, aggressive song critisizing the state of the world. This adrenaline filled piece is great for moments when you want to get that extra push out of yourself. It focuses on social corruption, conflict, and the disillusionment with those in power. The song portraits the idea of a "paradise" with the harsh realities of war, suffering, and the manipulation of the masses by corrupt leaders.
