Biography

It's Only Rock'n'Roll, as The Rolling Stones proclaimed, is the title of the debut album by Swedish quartet Hardcore Superstar. This debut, followed three years later by Bad Sneakers and a Pina Colada, set the stage for a string of successful albums in the Nordic glam hard rock department. The Gothenburg-based band conquered Europe and the United States with a string of opening acts (AC/DC, Motörhead) and festival dates. In 2005, the album Hardcore Superstar saw the band return to their roots and the label of their beginnings, Gain Records. Subsequent tours and albums follow with great regularity. The album HCSS , released in 2015, saw Hardcore Superstar grow in popularity.
