Gwilym

Gwilym, a Welsh-language pop rock group from Anglesey and Caernarfon, was formed in 2017 by members Ifan Pritchard, Llyr Jones, Llew Glyn, Rhys Grail, and Carwyn Williams. The band released their first single "Llechan Lân" in 2017 and in 2018, they released their debut album Sugno Gola, which became one of the first Welsh-language albums to surpass 100,000 streams on an online streaming platform. They gained significant recognition by winning multiple awards at the Y Selar Awards, including Best Breakthrough Act in 2018 and five awards in 2019, such as Band of the Year and Best Album for Sugno Gola.
