Muzammil Hasballah is a renowned Quran reciter and Islamic artist from Indonesia, known for his angelic voice and heartfelt recitations. With combined 9 million followers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, he is a sought-after artist and Quran Reciter, Imam, Muezzin within Muslim communities worldwide.
Born in 1993 in Aceh, the westernmost province of Indonesia, Muzammil began memorizing the Quran at the age of nine while living in a Quran boarding school with hundreds of other students right after earthquake & tsunami hit from the surrounding area. In 2011, he moved to Bandung to pursue a degree in Architecture at the Bandung Institute of Technology, where he also led prayers at the campus mosque for several years.
In 2016, a video of him leading prayers went viral on YouTube and Facebook, gaining millions of views and propelling him to overnight popularity. Today, Muzammil focuses on helping people learn the Quran at scale through Ngajilah.id, building Islamic youth communities with Habits Media, helping Muslim fulfill their Umrah journeys with MillahTour, and enjoying life as a father at home. In recognition of his impactful contributions, he was honoured as one of the 2025 Most Influential Global Muslims.
