Beogradski Sindikat, a Serbian hip-hop collective from Belgrade, was formed on March 21, 1999. The group initially consisted of members from two underground bands, Red Zmaja and TUMZ, along with solo artists MC Flex and Šef Sale. Beogradski Sindikat was known for its socially critical lyrics addressing political corruption and governance issues in Serbia and the Balkans and performed in prisons and detention centers throughout Serbia. Their debut album BSSST... Tišinčina (2001) marked the beginning of the second wave of Serbian hip-hop in 2001. Subsequent albums include Svi Zajedno (2005), Diskretni Heroji (2010) and Sindikalno Proleće (2023). In 2012, the band notably held a full house concert at Belgrade Arena.
