Colours

Stephen Emmanuel is a UK garage/dance music producer and songwriter under the moniker Colours. He first attracted attention with the 1998 single "What U Do" featuring Eska, which reached number 51 on the UK Singles Chart and Number 1 on the UK Dance Singles Chart. In 2000, he released "Coochy Coo" also with Eska, which peaked at number 32 on the UK Singles Chart and number 17 on the UK Dance Singles Chart. The SE22 Mix of Emmanuel's 1998 garage track "Hold On" was later sampled on Craig David and Tinchy Stryder's 2008 song "Where's Your Love" and on the 10° Below Dub Mix of Kele Le Roc's "My Love". Emmanuel has written and produced for artists such as Daniel Bedingfield, contributing to chart‑successful tracks like "He Don’t Love You Like I Love You / I Can't Read You".
