Ufo361, whose real name is Ufuk Bayraktar, was born in West Berlin on May 28, 1988. His stage name alludes to his first name and combines the two old zip codes of Kreuzberg (36/31). Growing up and the hard life in his home district is a frequent theme in the artist's songs. Stylistically, the rapper moves in the areas of cloud rap and trap. Ufo361 celebrated his breakthrough in 2015 with the single "Ich bin ein Berliner". The title is a reference to John F. Kennedy's legendary speech in divided Berlin in 1963. The song developed into a trap anthem thanks to the support of other, already established capital city hip-hoppers such as Fler and 187 Straßenbande. This was followed by the mixtapes Ich bin ein Berliner (2016), Ich bin 2 Berliner (2016) and Ich bin 3 Berliner (2017) - the latter climbed to number 2 in the German charts. With the albums 808 (2018), Wave (2019) and Rich Rich (2020), Ufo361 makes it to the top of the charts. Together with other artists, the rapper also achieved number 1 successes, even twice in 2018, first with Capital Bra and the song "Neymar" and then with KitschKrieg and "Standard". The single "Emotions / Emotions 2.0" (together with Céline) also reached number 1 in 2020. In 2021, Ufo361 released two albums, Stay High and Destroy All Copies, which again reached the top of the charts. Ufo361 opened 2023 with the album Love My Life. The album climbed to number 1 in Austria and reached number 2 in Germany. At the beginning of 2024, the rapper released another album with Sony. The album Nur für Dich 2 followed in October of the same year, climbing to number 3 in Germany and reaching number 4 in both Austria and Switzerland. Ufo361 scored further hits in the same year with "Red Cups" (together with Paula Hartmann), "7 leere Zimmer" (together with Henning May) and "Liebe" (together with Nina Chuba).
