At the crossroads of Trip Hop, Rock and Progressive Rock, Pledge Of Healing offers sounds reminiscent of the worlds of Massive Attack, Anathema, Muse or Radiohead.
In 2021, Cyril (guitar, keyboards, music) and Claire (vocal, lyrics) meet for the first time and it’s more like artistic love at first sight. The alchemy is real and the desire to merge their artistic expression is strong.
On stage, a team of 4 musicians (Alex - guitar, Charly - keyboards, Nico - bass, Pierre Erwan - drums) help the french duo to find all the organic magic of an instrument played live.
The result is an intense music, mixing piano softness with guitar power, expressing alternately melancholic and luminous atmospheres. Shared vibrations, like an invitation to let go.
"One Step Closer", their first album released in January 2023, is an ode to introspection, resolutely positive, conveying confidence in life and recounting the long road to freedom.
Each title takes us on a different musical journey, between Trip-Hop or Rock sounds, borrowing certain codes from metal music or film soundtracks.
