Task Force, a British hip hop group from Highbury in London, formed in 1999. Led by brothers Chester P and Farma G, their debut album New Mic Order was released that year. The group's early releases included vinyl-only EPs and singles such as "Grafdabusup" and "Wha Blow", and their debut EP Voice of the Great Outdoors in 2000. In 2001, Task Force started their own label, Music from the Corner, releasing Music from the Corner Volume 1. The group continued with a series of self-produced albums, including Volume 2 in 2003 and Volume 4 in 2006. Chester P released his solo album From the Ashes in 2007.
