We Are Polarized is the clash of two worlds, the magnetism of opposites, the harmony of contrasts. They express their idea through their own style called Black Art Wave combining extreme musical genres. Neoclassic, electronic, metal, industrial – these are just some of them. The band members are: pianist M. Laure, double bassist Grako and vocalist Claire X.
We Are Polarized have made their debut at the Different Sounds Festival 2018 where they’ve presented a material from their debut EP named Inkub, which had it's world premiere soon after in Sep 28th. The five track mini album relates to the dark theme of the title character named Incubus (from Polish: Inkub) – according to the old beliefs it's a fallen angel seducing women at night. A common feature of all the tracks is their melodic character combining ethereal sounds of classical instruments with austere and energetic electronic beats and synths.
