Diddi Trix, born on January 25, 1997 in Bondy, Seine-Saint-Denis, is a French rapper of Congolese origin. He discovered music at an early age, influenced by his mother, who made him listen to RnB and Congolese music. At the age of 11, he began writing his own lyrics. In 2015, he co-founded the group Batara Gang with three childhood friends: Laskiiz, Dyako and Smokey Taylor. Two years later, in 2017, he launched a solo career with the track "Gang Boy". However, it was his freestyle "Petou", broadcast on the Rapelite platform in 2018, that revealed him to the general public. This exposure attracted the attention of DJ Kore's AWA label, with whom he signed the same year. In March 2019, Diddi Trix releases his first solo project entitled Trix City, featuring 13 tracks including the lead single "Chien d'la Casse", certified a gold single. In October of the same year, he followed this up with the Cartel de Bondy EP, featuring six tracks revisiting 90s American West Coast classics. In January 2022, he returned with the Dope Boyz EP, marking his comeback after an absence of over two years. In December 2023, he released his second studio album, Trix City 2, followed in November 2024 by the Dope Music EP. Throughout his career, Diddi Trix has collaborated with artists such as Luv Resval on the track "Thor", and with Jok'Air and Driver on the Bondy EP Cartel. His musical influences include such West Coast rap icons as Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, which is reflected in his sounds that blend g-funk and modern trap.
