As a kid, DJ Plink used to sing along anything he heard over the radio. He had his first stage performance in Canada at his elementary school. But high school is where he became a full time drummer and performer. He did everything from hip hop shows, beat boxing and even musicals.
He taught himself how to DJ and Produce music any chance he got. While others chilled after school he stayed there to practice on his drums, music theory and musicals. He realized his dedication to this and discovered his true passion in life is music.
"As an artist, the goal of all the music that I release is to create an emotional response in the listener. I play with rich melodies and groovy drums to create a great ambiance that gives you goosebumps, hopefully."
He has been a professional DJ for over 15 years and started producing his own music in 2014 with the release of his House/EDM album called "All I Need is Music". Now, he is showing his versatility through releasing music in various genres such as Pop, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae, Latin and House music.
He produces his own beats, writes his own lyrics, mixes and masters his own projects and even plays them in his DJ sets. You can say that he is a "one stop shop" when it comes to music. He is creative, funny and loves to learn something new everyday.
