Kristian's music was never going to stray far from his roots of classic rock sounds (dad's influence) with a sprinkling of country (mum's influence). Strong, well written lyrics cover very diverse themes from wherever the influence at that moment lay.
Kristian released his first song in 1998 but years in the writers block wilderness followed. In 2011 he set up a classic rock covers band, CONTRA. The band played festivals and clubs in both the UK and Austria, and although CONTRA saw many changes in the set up, Kristian remained a constant. It proved the stepping stone Kristian needed to start writing songs again.
Kristian's lyric writing is fearless. He's not shy to tackle difficult and diverse topics, and now that the pen is moving again, expect lots more in the future.
