Kacy & Clayton, a Canadian musical duo from Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan, consists of second cousins Kacy Anderson on vocals and Clayton Linthicum on guitar. The duo began their music career in 2011 with the release of their self-titled debut album Kacy & Clayton. In 2015, they released their second album Strange Country, which was rereleased by New West Records following their signing to the label. Kacy & Clayton received two Canadian Folk Music Award nominations in 2014, winning the Young Performer award. Their subsequent album, The Siren’s Song (2017), was a Juno Award finalist for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year and a longlisted nominee for the Polaris Music Prize. In 2020, they released a collaboration album Plastic Bouquet with Marlon Williams.
