eml is a french songwriter focused on writing contemplative and introspective music, through carefully crafted lyrics and instrumentations inspired from a plurality of genres including indie, pop, r&b, ambient, folk and rock.

in july 2020 he released [SURFACE], a self-produced ep in which the 22 year-old singer explores themes of isolation, helplessness, self-worth, dependence, as well as acceptance and hope. throughout these 5 songs written during his teenage years, eml is open and vulnerable; an honesty he always prioritises in his writing.
