Antonio Mario Duranty, known by his stage name MarginaL, is a rapper from Martinique who has made his mark on the Afro-Caribbean music scene, blending rap, dancehall and Caribbean sounds. Active since 2019, he was voted "Revelation of the Year 2020" at the Trophées NRJ Antilles. In 2019, Marginal released his first EP entitled Free Nemesis featuring his hit track "Thug", followed by his Free Nemesis 2.0 project featuring featurings with other artists from the Caribbean scene such as Jahlys and Mata, and tracks like"Reine" that enable him to reach a wider audience. MarginaL draws inspiration from various life experiences, as well as musical influences such as Young Chang, Keros-n and NBA Young Boy. In February 2023, he unveiled the"Sablier" video, offering a glimpse of his La grosse dose project, and in 2024 he affirms his musical journey with the album Free Nemesis III.
