Bukahara

Bukahara is a pop band from Germany founded in 2009. Their music is characterized by influences from the areas of folk and swing and contains North African influences. The musicians met while studying jazz at the Cologne University of Music. Bukahara initially made a name for themselves as street musicians. the band's debut album Bukahara Trio was released in 2013. After Strange Delight (2015), Bukahara made it into the German charts for the first time in 2017 with the album Phantasma at number 65. in 2019, Bukahara released the live album Live Sessions. in 2020, the band achieved another chart success in Germany with the album Canaries In A Coal Mine at number 72. 2022 The single "Storytelling Animal" is released.
