In this special interview edition Game & Gadget Podcast, I am joined by authors Tony Warriner co-founder of Revolution Software and Martin Mulrooney of Alternative Magazine Online as we discuss their new book which has featured on Kickstarter recently titled Revolution: The Quest for Game Development Greatness. The story of Revolution Software, best known for their point and click adventure games as told by Tony Warriner, one of its original founders. Their Kickstarter was funded within just 4 days of its launch, reaching their £8,000 goal in style. Written by Tony Warriner, employee number one and co-founder of Revolution Software, with a foreword by Charles Cecil, this epic book tells the untold behind-the-scenes story of this much-loved game developer. Ten years on from the hugely successful Broken Sword 5 Kickstarter, Tony is back for another wild ride with this highly personal account of Revolution’s rise from the 1980s 8-bit gaming scene.
