Walid's first full credit production work was in 2004 on Shah Lounge for a club of the same name in Beirut that he used to perform at. After further successful work on Ragheb Alama's 2009 album Baasha’ak and Ziad borji’s song ghaltet omri. Walid became a prominent producer for Arabic pop artists.
He has collaborated with numerous artists, including Ragheb Alama, Maya Nehme, Belime, UTN1, naji osta, ziad borji, adam, ayman zbib, myriam fares and many more.
He has also produced tracks for others, including an official remix of the widely popular song “She Wolf” by internationally acclaimed artist Shakira. Walid has also produced scores for movies. Currently, Walid is working on a self-titled solo album.
After moving to play keyboards and working in many of Beirut’s top clubs, Walid would use his connections to secure his first work as a producer in an album named after a prominent club “Shah Lounge”. Singer and “Arab Superstar” Ragheb Alama heard his material and began working with him. Later, Walid would produce one of Ragheb’s most successful hits to date, “Yighib”. It was at that time that Walid would found his record label and production house Wam management to become one of the most prominent producers in the region.
