Durhiel, originally from Congo Brazzaville, now lives in Boulogne-sur-Mer, where he pursues his passion for music. Author, composer and performer in the field of pop, he has developed a distinct musical style.
In 2008 in Congo, Durhiel began exploring mixing and mastering as a self-taught artist, quickly carving out a place for himself on the African music scene through his concerts and radio appearances.
In 2018, he moved to France to study while continuing to refine his music. Two years later, he released an EP entitled "Statut Student" under the Believe label, marking his entry into the French musical world.
In 2022, Durhiel is taken under the wing of the 4 Écluses de Dunkerque (SMAC) thanks to their artistic support system. With their support, he began his first concerts in France and released the EP “Patrimoine Immatériel”. This EP pays tribute to the Hauts-de-France region and its mining history.
Durhiel began to make himself known by participating in local festivals such as "La Bonne Aventure" and "Le Poulpaphone", where his stage presence won him the admiration of the public.
His 2023 performance at the Festival de la Cote d'Opale, where he opened for Matt Pokora in front of a crowd of over 4,200 people, solidified his reputation as an up-and-coming artist.
Merging pop, rumba, rap and electro, Durhiel creates a lively atmosphere, making people dance to the rhythm of his music!
