Born and raised in Mississauga by East African immigrants, Imadh blends Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrofusion into songs that bridge cultures and challenge the status quo. As a teen, he honed his voice rapping over Jay-Z and 50 Cent beats, using MSN Messenger and MySpace to spread his music across the early 2000s internet. After stepping away for school and 9-to-5s, he made a bold return in 2020. Since then, he’s amassed over 500,000 streams across 35+ tracks and performed at venues like The Drake Underground and Trillium Park (Ontario Place). With collaborators from Kenya to Jamaica, Imadh pairs local roots with global vision—crafting anthems for those who refuse to be defined by limits.
