All her life, Charlotte Boisselier has never decided between her fascination for the energy of the clubs and her passion for the haunted melodies of a dark pop.
After months of frantic tours under her former projects Ambeyance & Oktober Lieber, she now has found the space to concretize long-cherished explorations and give shape to her exciting alias Cate Hortl, who will feed her inferno with modern italo, heavy-footed dark pop and ecstatic techno. By appropriating these registers and their contradictions, she delivered the super exciting "SMOG" EP on Ritmo Fatale in october 2021.
In June 2022, she released her second EP "HEX" on WARRIORECORDS, evoking a nocturnal world of misty parties, a witches' sabbath on a full moon night.
In 2023, Charlotte starts working with belgian choreographer Lara Barsacq and writes the music for "La Grande Nymphe". At the same time, she's working on new tracks, mixtapes, and remixes to be released after the summer.
