Challem was born in Zoeterwoude (The Netherlands) in 1994 and he is on a journey to explore life. His emotions, voice, movement, and reactions are communicated through his piano. For Challem it is an instinctive phase where thoughts reach out and lucidly guide him.
Challem graduated from the prestigious Codarts in Rotterdam and is playing and recording ever since. In 2021 he created an ‘all senses experience’ with and commissioned by Joep Beving; a great inspirator. Challem’s music speaks to many due to its honesty; it feels as though his music can be read like a diary. His emotions, voice, and movement are communicated through his piano. It is an instinctive phase where thoughts reach out and lucidly guide him.
