Fr3ddi B3nson is a rapper,singer and songwriter who was born Frederick Benson,Being a music fan for most of his life, He began rapping at the age of 16. Rhyming words together, battling schoolmates, and performing during school entertainment programs. After senior high, he began to get very serious about his rapping. He teamed up with a fellow friend to form the group 021, the numerals refer to now-defunct Accra city telephone code. The group was short-lived and was unable to release a full-length LP they had recorded at 5th Project Studios in Accra. Since then Fr3ddi has embarked on various solo projects and has worked with Lynxx Entertainment, Bbx, PeeWeezle, and Ebony Reigns. Fr3ddi cites Eminem as his greatest musical influence, besides Slim Shady artists such as Busta Rhymes R.City Drake and Kendrick Lamar inspired him to write his verses. He loves music not only does he focus on hip-hop he is a pop, reggae, and country music junkie listener and loves artists from Backstreetboys to Busy Signal. Currently, Freddi is in the studio working on his debut album and he is not signed to any label but he is open for discussion with any interested label. Soon, Fr3ddi wants to be a border-breaking artist whereby he can be able to promote his music without a barrier in any various forms and finally be recognized as the greatest African to ever bless the mic.
