Pheno Ambro, born in Togo to a Nigerian father and a Togolese mother, grew up in the vibrant suburbs of Paris. His Yoruba heritage is a cornerstone of his artistic identity, shaping a journey that began with dance before evolving into music in 2015. Blending Afrobeat with the rich essence of Nigerian fuji, his sound is a fusion of modern energy and deep-rooted tradition.
He first gained recognition with Alimé and cemented his presence in 2017 with his debut EP, Nobejoko v1, which surpassed 2 million streams, fueled by standout tracks like Bloquer Loketo and Like Eminado. In 2019, he signed with Wagram Music France, and his hit single Mon BB catapulted him into the spotlight, amassing millions of views and streams.
In 2021, One Day became an anthem in Togo, followed by a string of successful releases, including Amesron, Teco, and Din Din.
