Jazz-blues Musician (Guitar, Piano, Bass)
I am a person like anyone else with many feelings and moods from the simplest to the most complex ones. My way is the music to understand myself and accept or rework something inside me. Just grab a guitar or sit down to the piano and play that thing out from me. When this gets more than just a playing, I continue to compose and record it the way I think everyone else can benefit from it.
Music is with me since I was a little child. My first guitar in my hand was even before I talked, however, at that time I did not do much more than just shakin' with it :)
Piano is definitely the instrument I really like to compose music with. I always was (and will be) influenced by Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, Barry Harris, Keith Jarrett, George Colligan and even by Chopin's pieces.
Solo guitar is my first instrument I learned to play at age of 13, and I went through a really big journey so far in guitar music from traditional, blues, soul, funky and rock to jazz. I only highlight two of my favourite players: Kenny Burrell and Jimi Hendrix.
When it comes to jazz music in general, I listen to a lot of Miles Davis, Bill Evans, Billie Holiday, Kenny Burrell, George Gershwin, Stan Getz, Paul Desmond, Lee Konitz, Clifford Brown. I really like to listen to contemporary jazz from George Colligan, Mitchel Forman, Robert Glasper and Fazil Say.
