Laidin is a Nigerian Canadian artist and producer. Growing up Laidin always had a love for music. He started making music in 2020, and he started taking influence from artist like The Weeknd, Drake, Juice WRLD and XXXTENTACION to get his signature sound we all know and love. He has built a solid fan base since he started and achieved a large following across multiple platforms. Growing up in Nigeria and coming to Canada in his teens, has given him many different experiences and this puts a different passion into his music. The name Laidin means being inside/being at home. He came up with his name because growing up he was always inside.
He wants to create music that touches us whether relatable or just catchy in general . He wants to give us that same nostalgia we get with music from 2016 with his own twist and turn . His music just feels like home and gives us that comfort we feel
