Synthesizing styles and rhythms, Os Bardos is a Brazilian musical project that emerged in the highlands of Ibiapaba - Ceará, in 2017, and that cannot be fitted into one or two musical genres. With innovative musical proposal, Os Bardos take cultural anthropophagy to the extreme consequences, shaping a music identifiable by where fragments of rock, reggae, jazz, forró, electronic music, rap, and metal. Without falling into the cliché of "mixing the old and the new," Os Bardos produce their music in an intuitive, free, and experimental process, where rhythmic, poetic, and narrative elements emerge spontaneously, like a gentle breath over the skin. "Only what isn't mine interests me," thus the ensemble, formed by Francisco de la Sierra, Djabo Grande, and Sabrina Farrapo, build an innovative, committed, and necessary music, experimenting the world and its cultures, and transforming raw material into a revolutionary sound.
