Tony Tammaro

Vincenzo Sarnelli, known professionally as Tony Tammaro, was born on January 7, 1961, in Italy. He is a singer-songwriter specializing in Italian song and Neapolitan song genres. Tammaro began his career in 1989 with the release of Prima Cassetta di Musica Tamarra. In 1993, he won the fourth edition of Festival di Sanscemo with "E v'a Facite Appere." His subsequent albums include Nun Chiagnere Marì (1991), Da Granto Farò il Cantanto (1992), and Monnezzarium (1997). In 1999, he released a greatest hits album titled Tutto Tony Tammaro, which featured twenty-four songs on each of its two CDs. His later works include The Dark Side of the Moonnezz (2005), Yes I Cant (2010), and Tokyo Londra Scalea (2015).
