G&G Sindikatas, a Lithuanian hip-hop/rap group, was formed in 1996 by Gabrielius Liaudanskas, known as Svaras, and Giga. The duo disbanded in 1998, leaving Svaras to seek out beats and studio time for new tracks. He discovered an alternative music compilation released by Porno Sound Studio, which led him to contact Kastytis Sarnickas (Kastetas) and Donatas Juršėnas (Donciavas), the studio owners who helped record G&G Sindikatas' debut album Tavo sielos vagiz (1999). The recording sessions also included DJ Mamania. Following the release of their first album, Kastetas, Donciavas, and DJ Mamania officially joined the band as core members. The group released several notable albums including Gatvės lyga (2001), Betono sakmės (2002), Alchemija (2004), Išvien (2008), and Duona kasdieninė / Skeletai spintoje (2022). Notable singles include "Betono džiunglėse" (2002) and “Degantis sniegas” (2006).
