MORTALEM is a Death Metal band formed at the beginning of 2006 in the city of Bogotá - Colombia.
Faithful exponents of Colombian Death Metal, due to the combination of classic elements of this genre, the extreme and robust sound of their guitars and drums, voices and basses that stand out for their speed and power.
This has allowed an acceptable reception, which has been shown in the most relevant works of the group, among which the Split "Hate And More Hate" and the most important work so far, the album "Delirio Nihilista" stand out. that was promoted in some cities of Colombia and 3 dates in the neighboring country of Ecuador.
Throughout these years the band has participated in numerous events with great local and national bands such as: Soulburner, Reencarnacion, Luciferian and Masacre to name a few, in addition to participating as an opening act for the bands: Avathar (Ecuador) , Transmetal (Mexico), Macabre (USA), Master (USA), Bloodsoaked (USA), Immolation (USA)
For the beginning of the year 2019 MORTALEM launches the Single "Stormy Depravity" demonstrating great versatility and power. This Single was released in a collection format (Mini Cd) limited to 100 copies distributed among the closest fans.
Currently the band is finishing the second full-length album entitled "EXTERMINIVM" that is expected to be released in the middle of the current year where a musical progress in terms of technique is highlighted, but always showing great brutality and forcefulness.
