Baskiat

Born Cesar Augusto Betancourt Gutiérrez, Baskiat is a Venezuelan urban artist known for blending Latin R&B, reggaetón, and Latin pop into his musical style. His early passion for music was evident when he joined the Orquesta Nacional Infantil de Venezuela, even participating in a 2015 tour in Italy under the esteemed conductor Gustavo Dudamel. However, in 2019, Baskiat shifted his focus to music production and composition, collaborating with renowned artists like Akapellah on "Jhon Gutiérrez Remix," Adso and Machine on "La Vuelta," and Big Soto on "Nos Extraño." His debut as a solo artist came in November 2021 with the single "Chicago X," created in collaboration with RoyalLive and Neeus. This release marked a turning point in his career, establishing him as a rising star with a unique ability to fuse genres while maintaining the essence of Latin music. Yo'Kiat, his debut album, came out in 2021 and was followed by other releases such as Yokiat 2 (2021), Cómo Estás Río? (2023), Chiki Bunnies Town (2023), and Salvadora (2024), which featured the single "pantera rosa" with Angelo Reeves.
